Timeless Bloomery Shipping Instructions

1. Timing Your Shipment

  • Ship your flowers as soon as possible after your event, ideally the next day, to ensure freshness and vibrant colors.
  • If you can’t ship next day make sure to put the flowers in water after your event.
  • Use overnight or 2-day shipping whenever possible to minimize transit time.

2. Preparing Your Flowers

  • Trim stems to about 2–3 inches from the base.
  • Hydrate your flowers: Wrap the stems in a damp paper towel, then cover with plastic wrap to keep them moist.
  • Remove any wilted or damaged petals/leaves to help the blooms look their best.

3. Packing Your Flowers

  • Use a sturdy shipping box that is slightly larger than your flowers.
  • Cushion flowers with soft packing materials (bubble wrap, tissue paper, or crumpled paper) so they don’t move during transit.
  • Make sure the blooms are secure but not crushed—resin preservation requires intact petals and stems.
  • Clearly label the box: “Perishable—Flowers” to alert carriers to handle with care.

4. Choosing a Carrier

  • We recommend UPS or FedEx for reliable overnight or 2-day shipping.
  • Always save your tracking number and share it with us if requested.

5. Drop-Off Option

  • If you live locally, you may drop off your flowers in person. This avoids shipping stress and allows immediate processing.

6. Arrival & Confirmation

  • Once your flowers arrive at our studio, we inspect them for quality.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email or text letting you know your blooms are ready for the preservation process.

7. Special Notes

  • Avoid extreme temperatures—do not ship in freezing weather without insulated packaging.
  • Flowers with delicate petals (like peonies or ranunculus) require extra care; follow special instructions included with your order.
  • our whole process can take up to 4 or 5 months.
